Securing a qualifications system that is more relevant to what employers need, so that individuals make the right choices for the right career.
Diversity
Placing diversity at the centre of everything we do.
At the moment our sector does not reflect the diversity of the cultures that we're seeking to attract. We're not reflecting the various communities which make up the UK. This is an extremely exciting melting pot that we live in, yet our organisations are still predominantly white. Not all of them, not in every area—but many are, and I think that's one issue we need to deal with.
