Creative & Cultural Skills has developed new apprenticeships with creative and cultural sector employers in the following areas at both level 2 and level 3:
- Live Events & Promotion
- Music Business
- Technical Theatre
- Costume & Wardrobe
- Cultural Heritage
- Community Arts
- Design
- Jewellery, Silversmithing & Allied Trades

A level 2 Apprenticeship is aimed at Apprentices entering the workforce. Through the structured training an Apprenticeship offers them, Apprentices develop skills and knowledge needed to work in a junior level position within an organisation.
A level 3 Apprenticeship is more suited to those with prior work experience looking for a step up the career ladder. Level 3 Apprentices may enter the workforce at this level or be employed in an existing job. In some cases a level 3 Apprentice may perform managerial or supervisory duties as part of their role.

Other apprenticeships in the creative and cultural sectors
There are a number of job roles that all businesses including creative and cultural organisations need to fill. Through our National Skills Academy, working with a founder college network of 20 colleges, we provide opportunities for apprenticeships in; business and admin, finance, marketing, and IT.
These frameworks have been developed by others Sector Skills Councils and details about each framework are available from the relevant founder college.
